Food Service Supervisor - Tilbury, ON

Tilbury Manor Long Term Care Home is a 75-bed, fully licensed and CARF accredited home that is located in Tilbury, Ontario; on the border between Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. Our home has been recognized as a Best Practice Spotlight Organization pre-designate and continues to strive to be a centre for excellence. We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and skilled Food Service Supervisor with experience in the Long Term Care setting. Tilbury Manor delivers a high standard of individualized, holistic care to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual capabilities of each resident in our home.

Requirements:
Successful candidates must be a graduate of an approved two-year community college program in food service supervision or the equivalent and be a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management and possess good interpersonal, communication, clinical, and supervisory skills. Candidates must be proficient with computers and skilled in budget management. French language would be an asset, however, not required. Experience in fine dining environment is preferred.
