It’s almost February, and that means behind the scenes at CSNM, we are in the midst of our annual Call for Nominations to the CSNM Board of Directors. Each year, we seek individuals to join the Board for the various Portfolio Manager positions that may be available, and in some years, the Provincial/Territorial Representatives. But why should you consider joining the Board? Simply put, you’ll be amongst a group of dedicated and passionate individuals who have an interest in Nutrition Management across Canada. You’ll develop new leadership skills, grow your personal network, support our industry, make an impact on our society, and give back. Yes, there is a time commitment, but the results are rewarding!
This session will feature a Guest Panel of current and past CSNM Board members, along with CSNM Office Services, to talk about their personal Board experiences. We will then dive into an explanation of the positions available this coming year, the commitment, the process, and, of course, the rewards. There will be time allotted for questions.
