Today’s nutrition and foodservice managers are a brave lot. Facing a long list of challenges - ever increasing demands from residents and patients, ever greater menu diversity, increasing performance and productivity requirements and decreasing budgets -  how do we manage?  Well we don’t. We don’t manage - we lead!
So just how we move from being foodservice managers to being foodservice leaders? How do we rise above the day to day to lead our departments to a bright new future that brings increased resident satisfaction, exceptional staff engagement and tremendous results for our organizations? We do it through foodservice leadership.
In this uplifting and engaging talk Brad McKay, CEO of Healthcare Food Services shares his experiences of leading organizations in Canada and around the world – what works, what doesn’t, and what approaches you can apply right away to achieve better results for your residents and patients, your staff and your organization. If you’re looking for a better tomorrow then be sure to sign up for this webinar.
