Dr. Brita Ball is a food safety professional and accomplished facilitator, trainer and coach with experience that helps organizations improve their food safety culture. Brita holds a Ph.D. in food science and a Master’s degree in adult learning and leadership from the University of Guelph. She has published peer-reviewed articles and presents at international conferences. Her research and training focus on food safety culture, leadership development, and behaviour change.
