Karine Barlow

Karine Barlow is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of nutrition experience.  For most of those years she worked in food services in a number of senior roles, including 7 years managing the food services department at Humber River Regional Hospital.

Prior to her years in operations, Karine was the corporate dietitian in charge of healthcare menu development and QA at both Cara and Compass Group for many years.

Karine’s child was diagnosed with a gluten-intolerance 6 years ago, which launched her into a new career path dedicated to helping the gluten-free community with this complex diet.

Today she runs her own company called Gluten-Free Boutique, a unique business servicing both gluten-free clients seeking nutrition counselling, as well as businesses with an interest in providing gluten-free food.
