Canadian food trends have dramatically changed over the past several years. As the Canadian population has become more diverse, more attention has been sought on the relationship between food and health.

This webinar will explore The Ottawa Hospital’s journey to revamp their patient menu, making it more modern and patient-centered. In addition, it will discuss how patient satisfaction during meal times can significantly decrease the length of stay in the hospital and associated costs. Kevin Peters, Director of Nutrition and Food Services at The Ottawa Hospital will share how including different stakeholders has helped to create and implement this shift.
