SerVantage Health Services is a Vancouver based contract management company. We provide nutrition and food services as well as environmental and integrated services within long term care, assisted & independent living and acute care settings. We are currently recruiting for a 20-bed acute rehab centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Integrated Services Manager (ISM). This is a non-bargaining unit position. We provide food, laundry and environmental services at this location. This position also supports the rest of our operation remotely from this location.

Position Qualifications:

• Current CSNM membership required
• Previous supervision experience is required
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with10-15 staff for at least one year preferred.
• Health authority and licensing requirements such as medical, immunization, Ministry and police clearance are required prior to
   commencement of employment
• Experience in both nutrition & food service as well as environmental (cleaning) in a Long-Term Care and Acute Care setting is
   considered an asset
• Two professional references
• Drivers license is considered an asset though not required
• Culinary experience and volume food production considered an asset

On-site job duties to include client and staff relations, staff scheduling, management and payroll, food and supply ordering and budgets, oversee safety practices and production documentation, facility and company policy and procedure adherence, OH&S program requirements, quality monitoring audits and corrective actions.
