Accountabilities:
This role assists dietitians or nutritionists to plan and supervise food service operation, plan menus and diet under direction of dietitian or nutritionist as well as assist in supervising personnel who prepare and serve food. You will also assist dietitians with research in food, nutrition and food service systems. This excellent opportunity provides flexible hours and opportunity for career growth and development.

Growth and Development:
CSNM Certification or in process of obtaining certification
Excellent documentation skills
Lead and direct team in kitchen and food service
Working with Computrition an asset
Excellent communication
Computer use, various MS Office products
Experience in a hospital setting is required
Strong safety background (Food and Physical safety)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
