In our current system, the nutrition manager:

Works with the registered dietitians to provide nutrition care to patients and clients 

Is a for patients at low to moderate nutrition risk

Is a liaison between food service and clinical nutrition

Continuous Lifelong Learning

To maintain membership, each individual must achieve 8 Continuing Education points per year. For the Certified Nutrition Manager, there is a requirement for 16 Continuing Education points per year. This shows a higher level of development and a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
