“Being a CSNM student member has grounded me in the daily realities of a Nutrition Manager—from ensuring safe, high-quality food service to collaborating with healthcare teams in delivering nutrition care. It revealed how deeply valued this work is and the variety of settings we can serve—from hospitals and long-term care to schools and hospitality. Winning the student competition and attending the Annual Conference in Vancouver was unforgettable—it let me connect with inspiring leaders, exchange ideas, and witness our community in action. I’m truly grateful to be part of such a supportive, driven field.”
As a member of CSNM, you’ll be able to apply for financial aid to help you along your nutrition manager journey. Each year, we offer three $1500 scholarships to support students working towards a diploma in Foodservice and Nutrition Management.
Membership in CSNM for students part of an accredited college program is complimentary. Information on student membership will be shared with you in your first year of study.
