This inspiration event is designed to bring forward a path with tangible solutions and ideas to many common challenges.
Our keynote session “Take Your Mask Off: Is Your Life Worth Telling?” challenges everyone to live each day to the fullest by wisely investing in life’s priorities through simple principles that can create a positive impact for yourself and the people around you.
In addition, our morning will feature two eye-opening concurrent sessions:
Session 1: “The Role of Food Trends in Foodservice: Embracing Inclusivity, Sustainability and Social Impact” which will explore how to adapt current food trends on your menu offering with a focus on hot-button topics including cultural inclusivity, sustainability, and how social media impacts menu options in foodservice and senior living.
Session 2: “How May I Help You? Leveraging AI and Robotics in Senior Living” will examine solutions to common challenges (i.e. labour, budget, safety, employee burnout, retention, and engagement) using some of the latest innovations and how they are changing the game for operators while driving improved outcomes for residents and staff.
And, our afternoon will include an inspiring workshop “Staying Power! Success Strategies for Resilient Leadership” which will help participants reframe their perspective on life’s ups and downs through a resilient mindset to better approach adversity with clarity, confidence, and composure so that leaders can become a resilient role model to others at work and in life
