Emily Chen Emily Chen is a Scientific Project Coordinator at the Food and Nutrition Directorate of Health Canada who work on nutrition policy related consumer research, knowledge‑translation initiatives, as well as the development and evaluation of the Nutrition Labelling Online Course. |

Vanessa Lien is a Senior Nutrition Project Coordinator and Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of policy and regulatory experience. She has contributed to several national initiatives, including front‑of‑package nutrition labelling, and has led multiple stakeholder engagement and consultation activities. Marcia Cooper is a Research Scientist in the same directorate. She leads nutrition science research studies and evaluations of initiatives, including the Nutrition Labelling Online Course, contributing to evidence‑based policy and public‑health education. |
