About Heather Truber, NM
Heather is a Senior Advisor in Nutrition, Food, Linen and Environmental Services with Alberta Health Services having retired in 2022 from a role as Executive Director, Provincial Operational Support.  Heather provided leadership to a varied team who supported site operations at all Alberta Health Services facilities in the areas of menu management; staff education; workplace health and safety; procurement; process improvement; waste management and policy and resource development. She has previously held positions in linen and environmental services; provincial food safety and supply services as well as patient food services with operational responsibilities for facilities across Alberta and in British Columbia. 
She is committed to the health care food service profession through her involvement with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management. She is the Accreditation Portfolio Manager and Continuing Education Committee member as well as being a member of the Canadian Malnutrition Task Force Long Term Care Food Working Group. Heather is a board member with Calgary Meals on Wheels and chairs the Governance Committee.

About Denise Russell, CNM
After a rewarding career in Food Service leadership in Alberta Health Services and Island Health, Denise retired to West Kelowna. She remains connected to Island Health FS being involved in a number of interesting projects. 
Continued involvement with CSNM has allowed Denise to enjoy all the benefits of Networking in the profession, and at the same time, to be able to contribute to Continuing Education opportunities for members.
